The Lines in My Head (在我腦海裡的對白) is a Hong Kong-made short film exploring the complex relationship between performing arts and mental health. It reveals how self-doubt and internal monologue can cloud our vision when we “put ourselves out there” - a message that resonated not just with actors, but anyone facing performance pressure or public speaking fears. Workshop Overview Format: 90 minute interactive session for high school students (Years 10 - 12 recommended) Led by: Kate Sullivan (actress, acting coach, casting director) and Lindsay (Moonlight Entertainment founder/ producer).
